When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us.
Shipping
Most items on the Goosetown Floral site are deliverable Nationwide. Our local delivery fee is $6.50. Most nationwide shipping is $9.50 via Teleflora and 1800 flowers. If your order is received and is deemed undeliverable for whatever reason, a Goosetown customer service representative will contact you.
Delivery Times
Orders received by 2:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday CST can be delivered in the Iowa City and surrounding area on the same day. Sunday deliveries are limited. Orders must be placed by 1 p.m. on Saturday for Sunday delivery. Items being shipped using a wire service may be delivered same day, depending on the destination, and the time the order is received. Goosetown will do its best to ensure your order is delivered on the day that you have requested. In the event we are unable to deliver on the requested date, you will be contacted by a customer service representative to make alternate arrangements.
